    We’re excited to launch a fresh new dining experience this year with Chefs Catering, LLC, a premier food service provider based in Spencerport, NY. With a focus on nutritious, flavorful options (including gluten-free, vegetarian, Mexican, Italian, American, and more), students can expect exciting daily menus and dependable service.
     
     
    King’s Meal Plan Options
    All lunch options include the King’s Meal, which features:
    • One entrée
    • Two sides
    • One fountain drink

    Please note: King's Meals are one per day, per student and are not transferable. No credits or refunds will be issued for student absences or school closures.

    How to Purchase a Meal Plan (or Pay Daily!)
    Families have two ways to provide lunch for their student:
    1. Daily Pay-As-You-Go
    Lunch can always be purchased at the register for $9.50 per day using:
    • Cash
    • Credit/debit card
    • Tap-to-pay (including Apple PayGoogle Pay, and other mobile wallets) This is a great option for families who want to monitor and manage purchases daily through their phone without committing to a full meal plan.

    2. Prepaid Meal Plans (Quarterly or Full-Year)
    To purchase a Quarterly or Full-Year plan:
    1. Log in to your Blackbaud Tuition Management Portal https://parent.blackbaud.school/Login.aspx.
    2. At the top of the dashboard, click “Purchase Optional Items.”
    3. Select your student(s).
    4. Choose one of the following:
      • Quarterly Meal Plan (Non-Residential)
      • Full-Year Meal Plan (Non-Residential)
    5. Review and agree to the terms and conditions to complete your purchase.

  • Dress Code

    The BK dress code ensures an environment aligned with our educational mission. Purchase your gear at the in-person shop in school, at our new online shop, or through our outside vendors, Stitchwork and Land's End.
    Top Options
    Polo Shirts: BK Polo Shirts purchased from are allowed in BK light blue, black, gray and white.
     
    Quarter Zip Pullovers: BK ¼ zip pullovers purchased at approved vendors.  A dress code polo must be worn under all ¼ zip pullovers with the collar visible.
     
    Bottom Options
    “Docker” style or dress slacks in twill material, loosely fitted, and worn at the waist in khaki, black, navy blue or gray.
     
    Golf and casual dress pants are allowed as long as they have belt loops, a front close button and zipper, and non-elastic hems or cuffs.
     
    The uniform plaid skirt/skort hemmed to reach the top of the knee. No solid color or sport skirts or skorts are allowed.
     
    Shoes
    Wear flat-soled dress shoes.
    Sperry and Hey Dude shoes plain in design and grey, black, brown, tan, or navy.
    Sneakers in solid colors of black, white, gray, or navy. Decals and logos must be the same color as the shoe.
     
    Guidelines
    Clothing must be clean, wrinkle-free, modest, in good condition, and properly fitted.
    Good grooming includes clean and combed hair styled appropriately for a professional setting. Extreme fashions in makeup, jewelry, and hairstyles are not allowed.
    Bare midriffs, exposed undergarments, ripped/torn clothing, and clothing with political or drug/alcohol graphics prohibited.

  • Important Health Information

    Required Physicals and Immunizations
    Physicals:
    Students who are coming to Bishop Kearney for the first time will need to submit a physical to the health office dated within the last 12 months.
    7th, 9th, and 11th grade students and all athletes will need an updated physical dated within the last 12 months of the school year/sport.
     
    Immunizations:
    6th graders are required to receive their Tdap booster at 10 years or older.
    7th and 12th graders are required to receive their meningococcal vaccine
     
    Documentation can be faxed to 585-342-4694 or emailed via scan/image to nurse@bkhs.org.
     
    New York State students have two weeks and out-of-state students have four weeks from the start of the school year, to become vaccine compliant, or they will be excluded until they have received their required vaccines.
  • Tuition and Payment Plans

    Pay Your Tuition online
    Welcome to a new school year and new Tuition Management system!
     
    Please be sure you are able to access your account. There are two ways to do so:
    You can log into your Blackbaud account, click on Resources, and the click on the Tuition Management resource tab.
    OR
    Follow this link and use the same credentials as when you signed your contract: https://bkhs.myschoolapp.com/app/sso/smart 
    If you have any issues, your Family ID is located on your welcome email received from Blackbaud. 
     
    From your account, you can see your billing information for the year as well as any payment date, update your profile and payment methods, make a payment and schedule future payments. Please be sure to check your account regularly and reach out to the finance office if you have any questions.  Cara can most easily be reached at clajewski@bkhs.org 
    For the 2025-26 academic year, tuition plans will be supported on Blackbaud's Tuition Management platform. Your account will be created when you receive and sign your contract for the 2025-26 school year. Once your account is created, you can follow this link to log in, using the same username and password as on your contract. You can make payments, update your contract information, and see your payment schedule.
