  • Nutrition and Dining for Peak Performance

Fuel your athletic endeavors with meals, snacks, and beverages meticulously tailored for athletes. Our newly renovated dining facilities are designed to replicate a collegiate atmosphere, providing the optimal nutritional support to enhance performance and recovery.
  • Residence Halls

Our residence halls provide a nurturing home away from home for boarding students, fostering not only academic success but also essential life skills such as independence, effective communication, and teamwork. This supportive environment is tailored to meet the unique needs of student-athletes as they balance rigorous training schedules with academic responsibilities.

Family Atmosphere

Living on your own doesn’t mean you’re alone. Dorm parents support students’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being and hold them accountable to school standards for student conduct.

Dorm parents also facilitate travel and appointments, and even plan fun weekend activities! Boarding students have gone rock climbing, puzzled their way out of escape rooms, and visited the breathtaking Niagara Falls.
Getting to live away from home at a young age is a unique experience, and I feel like it’s really prepared me for college. You’re able to connect with people you never knew you would and create a family away from home.
